Everything arrives at one address, but the answer comes sooner when the message says up front what it is about.

Admission. Name the programme and your current qualification — you will get the document list and the language requirement for that programme, not a general leaflet.
Studies. Timetables, papers and assessments — from current students and from those still choosing.
Partnership. Joint programmes, research, exchange — tell us which organisation you represent and what you propose.
Personal data. Withdrawing consent, a copy of your data or its deletion — the same address; how this works is set out in the privacy policy.
Unsubscribing. Subject line “Notification opt-out” is enough; you do not need to explain why.

Questions and answers

How quickly do you reply?

Within one to three working days, depending on the question. Short questions sent to WhatsApp are usually closed the same working day.

Can I get advice on a specific programme?

Yes. Name the programme in your message or in the form — the question goes to the person who runs it, so the answer is specific rather than a general leaflet.

I wrote and got no reply. What should I do?

Check your spam folder first: messages with attachments end up there more often than others. If there is no reply after three working days, write again to info@nairiuniversity.com or on WhatsApp so the enquiry is not lost.

Where can I see the double degree terms?

In “Programmes and courses” — the structure, duration and fees for each programme. The partner universities and joint projects are described in “Projects and partners”.

Can I visit the office?

There is no need to: the university runs online, admission and study are remote, and the on-campus part of the joint programmes takes place at the New Zealand institution. The Viña del Mar address is our head office in Chile; if you do need to visit, arrange it by email in advance.
