Terms of Use

Terms of use for the Nairi International University website: conditions for using its materials, services and contact forms.

These Terms govern the use of nairiuniversity.com, owned by Nairi International University (NAIRI INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY ONLINE COMMUNITY SpA, Chile). By using the site you accept the conditions set out below.

Version of 25 September 2026.

1. What this site is and what it is for

The site contains information about the University, its programmes, the joint double-degree programmes with New Zealand institutions, and analytical and reference material.

The site is an information resource. The material published here is not an offer, and using the site does not in itself create any educational or other contractual relationship between you and the University. Such a relationship arises only under a separate written agreement.

2. Who may use the site

The site is addressed to adults. By using the site and submitting an application you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the details you provide are accurate and are yours, or have been passed on with the consent of the person they belong to.

3. Applications and enquiries

By submitting a form or contacting us by email or messenger you agree to the processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are made by the University's admissions office and by the partner institution under the rules of the particular programme.

4. Programme information and how current it is

The University aims to keep the information on the site current, but programme conditions, dates, fees and partner institution requirements may change without prior notice.

The catalogue of New Zealand programmes is for reference and reflects the state of affairs on the verification date shown with each entry. The binding information is the one published by the institution itself. Current admission conditions are confirmed by the admissions office.

Information about visas, the right to work and immigration points is given for a general understanding of the route and is not legal or immigration advice. Visa decisions are made by the authorities of New Zealand.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, images, design elements, the University's logo and crest, the structure of the site and the selection of materials are protected by intellectual property law and belong to the University or are used by it on a lawful basis.

Quoting material from the site is permitted with a mandatory reference to nairiuniversity.com. Full or substantial reproduction, adaptation, distribution and commercial use of the material without the University's written permission are not allowed. The logo and the crest may not be used without separate permission.

The site contains links to partner institutions, official sources and external services. The University does not control their content and is not responsible for it, nor for the data practices of those resources. Following an external link is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". The University does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site and is not liable for:

  • decisions you make on the basis of material published on the site;
  • unavailability of the site or of particular features;
  • the content of third-party resources the site links to;
  • the actions of third parties who gained access to your data through your own fault.

These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Unacceptable use

When using the site it is not permitted to:

  • interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to its parts, data or infrastructure;
  • harvest material from the site automatically in a volume that creates load or infringes the University's rights;
  • submit through the site's forms knowingly false information, other people's contact details without their consent, or advertising and malicious material;
  • use the site's material in a way that misleads anyone about a connection with the University.

The University may restrict access to the site if these conditions are broken.

9. Changes to these Terms

The University may amend these Terms. The version in force is always published at this address; the version date is given at the top of the document. By continuing to use the site after a change you accept the new version.

10. Governing law and contacts

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Chile, the University's place of registration, unless mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence expressly provide otherwise.
