We strive to provide exceptional service to every NU student, so we appreciate your patience as we strive to maintain and exceed our own service standards.

Nairi University understands that students need an effective academic and administrative service. To ensure that students receive the attention they need to succeed, we have developed a complete set of service level standards.

These standards are provided by Nairi University in order to:
  • determine whether the service standard is being met;
  • determine who and how to contact to resolve your issues;
  • determine when to involve NU management.

Solution or direction of the problem/request Immediately at working time
Do not send assignments in any way that requires a signature on the acceptance of the letter by the lecturer (for example, by courier), as this will delay the response time.
Please note: Although the university is open 12 months a year, professors and academic experts/lecturers are entitled to vacations. If your academic expert/lecturer is absent, an alternative academic expert/lecturer will be available to support you. Please note that the service standards can be extended by 5 working days.
