Do not send assignments in any way that requires a signature on the acceptance of the letter by the lecturer (for example, by courier), as this will delay the response time.
Please note: Although the university is open 12 months a year, professors and academic experts/lecturers are entitled to vacations. If your academic expert/lecturer is absent, an alternative academic expert/lecturer will be available to support you. Please note that the service standards can be extended by 5 working days.
