Appeals

If you believe that the grade was assigned improperly, the academic or institutional process was not followed, you have the right to appeal.

Appeals must be written with and sent to NU on the University's Support and contacts web page.

You can appeal decisions and actions, including:
  • assignment of grades
  • evaluation and re-evaluation of transfer credits
  • institutional policies and procedures that do not directly affect the assignment of classes
  • assignment of penalties arising from decisions made in accordance with the Policy of Student Academic Misconduct Appeals by Class

The appeal process at Nairi University is as follows:
  • Contact your teacher to discuss the mark within 30 days of receiving the mark.
  • Either you or your teacher contact the curator of the course/program to mark the exam, term paper.
  • You must make this request within 30 days of the initial complaint.

Appeals for academic misconduct
Academic misconduct has serious penalties, which can range from receiving an unsatisfactory grade for a task or course, to being expelled from NU.
